A good General Counsel is a necessary member of a successful leadership team, helping to operate a company to achieve its goals. However, hiring full-time General Counsel is cost-prohibitive for many organizations. We have developed a model that integrates a General Counsel into the leadership team as a trusted advisor, while also being affordable.    

Being an effective advisor requires a genuine relationship between the attorney and the client.  We are therefore intentionally selective about who we serve.  Effective counseling, just like friendships, develops over time because of a mutual connection, shared experiences, and earned trust.

We cannot be effective advisors by engaging in short-term or intermittent projects.  Accordingly, we work hard to develop a sustained relationship with our clients so that we understand their personal journies, goals, failures, and successes, all of which provides critical context that informs and guides our advice.
