After closing, our focus shifts to integration to ensure an effective transition. If our client is the buyer, we assist in aligning processes, harmonizing contractual terms, and executing the deal terms. If our client is the seller, we maximize deal value by ensuring the buyer honors all commitments and is satisfied that all representations and warranties are satisfied.
